Have you seen a dietary supplement advertisement, whether online, in print or elsewhere that you believe is misleading and not truthful? Have you contacted the advertiser or publisher and asked that they resolve the issue? Then let us know.

File a complaint by filling out our online form: TIA Violations, or download our form and submit any violations to our postal address or by fax.

We will review the complaint and if it is valid, pursue the issue with the appropriate party.

If an advertiser, publisher or retailer has taken our pledge, they have agreed to abide by the conditions set forth.
